It was a shared love of style and sustainable-fashion that saw long-time friends Lauren and Katrina, launch their very own, eco-friendly bag label in 2017.

As busy, professional women, their lifestyles demanded a bag that was not only stylish, but functional and durable. On top of this, each bag needed to have a positive impact on the environment. The answer was a unique felt fabric, made from 100% recycled plastics.

This year, Balmoral Co officially launched it’s first collection: Mari and Lino. Each bag is handmade, and pairs the unique felt fabric with luxurious detailing such as high quality mooring rope and graphic hardware. Balmoral Co bags are the very definition of style with substance.

Drawing inspiration from the pristine shores of Balmoral beach, the label's name is a nod to the quintessential role that beaches play in the Australian lifestyle and serves as a reminder of the importance of caring for our oceans.
